The staff are friendly at the check-in counter and a few front-end people go above and beyond when they see us enter the gym. I have never waited long for a machine since there is plenty of equipment at this location. However, like all gyms there are a few members that hold up machines by playing with their smartphones...ugh!...I just move on to something else. I had rated this facility previously a 4.5 out of 5 stars in cleanliness, but they have made it a priority since I left that review. I now bumped it up to a 4.9! The low monthly fee keeps my membership on going at Planet Fitness.

The new manager appears to be power-hungry and is attempting to change the way things have been for three years. I've always cherished walking in and finding Marty happy and full of positive energy. Lately, I've been avoiding even approaching the counter because this new guy is consistently negative. So, you send out a message instructing everyone to make me check in? This is perplexing, considering that the regulars, who all know me, typically check me in, and it's part of the culture that keeps me coming here. This new guy has never introduced himself, never asked for my name, and often hides behind the counter. I kindly request that you address this situation before I'm compelled to seek another place to go. And the rest of you are Rock stars! -Kyle Updated 12/04/2023 Just updating this review. I went out of town for a few weeks, and upon my return, it was a pleasant surprise to walk into the gym and see all the smiling faces. The problem had been removed. This gives me faith again in the management that they do care about their customers and the climate at the gym. The best thing was seeing Vincent back!! Also, the staff was back to their friendly demeanor, not the heavy, unpleasant vibe that the previous manager brought. Vincent is not only pleasant to be around and friendly, but he is also always seen on the floor, keeping a very clean gym! Glad to have the old gym vibe back.

We love this place. It has all the equipment we need. Never too busy. Close by. We use the basic plan which is unbelievable reasonable. Like about $11/mo. They do not have the most advanced state of the art equipment. But they do have lots of equipment which will give you a total workout. They offer trainer services for free. There are lots of clubs around to chose from. For about $30/mo you can work out at any of the clubs, bring a guess for free and use some of the really cool massage machines. We are really happy with the fitness club. We have been a member for about a year.
